Finance, Administrative & Logistics Officer, Namibia (Local Hire), Global Health

Location: Oshikoto

Project HOPE Namibia (PHN) is a registered Welfare organization with the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MoHSS) and have been implementing programs in Namibia since 2002.

PHN intends to fill the following vacancy on a fixed term contractual basis.

Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Party, the Finance, Administrative & Logistics Officer (FALO) will be responsible for the day to day administrative, logistics and finance activities in the regional office, in the most effective and professional manner.  Report to the FALO will be a Finance Clerk and Cleaner.

 Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  1. Grade 12 Certificate;
  2. Certificate/Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification;
  3. Code 08 Driver's License;
  4. 3-5 years experience in Office Administration and inventory control; and
  5. Microsoft Office proficiency.
